The Floors Story
Directors Richard, Tony and Warren are old school friends and have been working in carpets and flooring since 1995. From leaving school they started their trade carrying out commercial work in London – fitting carpets and flooring to offices all over the city.
They then worked with retailers such as Marks & Spencer and West Ham Football Stadium – demonstrating their professionalism and quality of their work.
The next step was working with domestic customers, as a sub-contractor for Allied Carpets and various other independent carpet shops.
In 2007 things went to the next level as they won a contract with John Lewis, fitting carpets and flooring for all products sold, covering the whole of Essex, Kent and London. Over 17 years of working with this prestigious brand saw the team fit hundreds of amazing products.
The team have a passion for the trade and wanted to open a showroom featuring the highest quality products, offering a reliable service to local customers. We can now offer services such as home selection samples, measuring and planning, moving furniture, uplift and disposing of old flooring and so much more!
Our aim is that every single customer enjoys their experience as our reputation is our most important asset.
